Leopoldo Ledesma was an Argentine track and field athlete who specialised in middle-distance running. At the South American Championships in Athletics Ledesma won four gold medals in the 1,500 metres (1926–27, 1929, 1931), and two golds in the 800 metres (1926, 1929), setting five championship records in the process. He also won silver in the 800 metres in 1927 and 1931. Ledesma ran in both distances at the 1928 Amsterdam Olympics but did not advance from the heats in either race.
