Biography

Marcel Swinnen was a Belgian track and field athlete who represented RESC in Laeken. Swinnen was selected to run in the 400 metres hurdles at the 1928 Amsterdam Olympics. He finished third in his heat with only the top two athletes advancing to the semi-finals.
