Roseli Machado was a Brazilian distance runner. She competed at the 1996 Atlanta Olympics, running the 5,000 metres, but did not make it out of the heats. Machado had finished seventh at the 1995 New York Marathon. She ran at both the 1994 and 1995 World Cross-Country Championships, finishing 26th in 1994. Machado died in April 2021 from COVID-19.
