Biography
Uichi Munakata attended the Waseda University while he was a member of the Japanese basketball team at the 1936 Berlin Olympics. He continued to play internationally at least until 1940, competing in the Oriental Championships, the Toa tournament and friendlies against American and Canadian teams.
