Biography
José García was a Spanish track and field athlete who represented Atlético de Madrid. García ran in the 400 metres at the 1920 Antwerpen Olympics but was eliminated in his heat. He was also the flagbearer for Spain at the Opening Ceremony of the Antwerpen Games.
