Sirkka Norrlund was a Finnish athlete who competed in the hurdles and sprint events. Norrlund was a 23-time Finnish champion, winning titles in the 80 meters hurdles, 100 metres hurdles, 200 metres hurdles, 100 metres, 200 metres, and the pentathlon. From 1961 to 1972 Norrlund won 12 consecutive national titles.
Norrlund competed in the 80 metres hurdles at the 1964 Tokyo Olympics, but finished in last place in her heat. Norrlund’s best result at the European Championships came in 1969 when she reached the final of the 100 metres hurdles. Norrlund set multiple Finnish records and a world record in 1968 in the 200 metres hurdles.
