Biography

Finnish track and field athlete Eino Kenttä represented Tampereen Pyrintö where he specialised in the discus throw. Kenttä competed at the 1928 Amsterdam Olympics where he finished in sixth place with a best throw of 44.17 metres. At the Finnish athletic championships he won five silver medals (1928–30, 1933–34) and one bronze (1935).

Personal Best: DT – 47.54 (1934).
