Biography

Heikki Malmivirta was a Finnish track and field athlete who specialised in the discus throw. Malmivirta won bronze in the throw using the combined total of both hands at the national championships in 1922 and 1924. At the 1924 Paris Olympics he finished in eighth place with a best throw of 41.160 metres.

Personal Best: DT – 43.15 (1924).
