Gaston Féry won six consecutive French titles in the 400 metres from 1919-24. In Antwerpen he was a member of the French team that won the bronze medal in the 4x400 relay and at the 1924 Games he ran on the relay that placed fifth. In the individual 400 metres Féry was eliminated in the semi-finals and in the quarter-finals, respectively, in 1920 and 1924. Féry was later co-founder of the Sports Club of Meudon, where he was player-coach of the football (soccer) team.
