Heinz Wöllner was a German triple jumper who finished fourth at the 1936 Berlin Olympic Games recording his personal best with 15.27. The same year he earned his only German Championship with 15.06 and became the first German triple jumper to surpass 15 metres. In 1937 and 1938 he was second a the German Nationals. Wöllner was a physician who was killed in action in WW II near Hagen.
