Tibor Ordina was a long and triple jumper who competed at the 1996 Olympics. He competed at the World Championships in both 1993 (long jump) and 1997 (triple jump), both indoors and outdoors, with his only finals placement an eighth place indoors in triple jump in 1997. He competed in long jump at the 1994 European Championships, and in long jump at the 1992 and 1994 European Indoors and in both events at the 1990 World Juniors. Ordina competed for Hungary in 24 internationals from 1989-2000. He was Hungarian Champion in long jump in 1993 and 1995-96 and indoor long jump in 1993-94, 1997, and 1999, and he won national titles indoors in triple jump in 1996-1997 and 1999.
