Mauro Bogliatto was an Italian high jumper. In May 1963 he set his first Italian record with 2.05 m. at the international meeting at Alessandria. He lost the record only a month later to Roberto Galli but, at the 1963 Universiade, he won a silver medal behind Valery Brumel, and then regained the Italian record with 2.09 on 8 September. The same year he won gold at the Napoli Mediterranean Games.
In 1964 Bogliatto placed 16th at the Tokyo Olympics. A year later, on 10 October, at the Roma Stadio delle Terme, on the occasion of the Lazio regional championship, Bogliatto set his last national record of 2.10. In total he earned 12 caps between 1963-66. At the national championships Bogliatto never won a title, losing to Galli in 1962-63 and Vittoriano Drovandi in 1964-65. Bogliatto worked as an aeronautical technician
