Seikan Oki was a Japanese track and field athlete who competed as a sprinter. In 1932 Oki won the 400 metres at the Japan inter-school athletics championships, which earned him a place at the 1932 Los Angeles Olympics. At the Los Angeles Games he reached the quarter-finals in the 400 metres and finished fifth with the Japanese quartet in the 4 x 400 metres relay. After his running career Oki worked as a coach at Hosei University in Tokyo before working with the Japanese Athletics Federation.
