Salah Hissou was a Moroccan distance runner who won bronze in the 10,000 metres at the 1996 Atlanta Olympics. Hissou also won bronze in the event at the 1997 World Championships, but the highlight of his career was a 1999 World Championship gold in the 5,000 metres. He was a three-time medalist at the World Cross-Country Championships, with silvers in 1996-97 and a bronze in 1995.
