Gerrit Eijsker was a Dutch track and field athlete who represented AV Haarlem. Eijsker specialised in the discus throw and was selected to compete at the 1928 Amsterdam Olympics. He threw 39.80 metres in the qualifying round to finish 24th overall with only the top six athletes progressing to the final.
