Biography

Christiaan Huijgens was a Dutch long-distance runner who represented AVAC in Amsterdam. Huijgens specialised in the marathon and was selected to compete at the 1920 Antwerpen Olympics. He was one of the dozen or so athletes who did not complete the course.
