Lothar Albrich was a Romanian track and field athlete who ran in sprint events and the hurdles. Between 1926 and 1929 Albrich set seven national records, with four in the 110 metres hurdles, two in the 4 × 100 meters relay, and one in the 4 × 400 meters relay. At the 1928 Amsterdam Olympics he ran in the 110 metres but did not advance from his heat. In 1969 Albrich lost his Romanian citizenship and moved to Germany.
