Biography
Gheorghe Csegezi was an all-round Romanian track and field athlete who competed in the decathlon. At the 1928 Amsterdam Olympics Csegezi finished in 26th place in the event, being the only Romanian athlete to complete all ten disciplines. He was also scheduled to run in the 4 × 100 metres relay but the Romanian team did not start the race.
