Henning Sundesson was a Swedish track and field athlete who represented Umedalens IF in Umeå. Sundesson specialised in long-distance running and won the national title in the 10,000 metres in 1937. A year earlier he won silver in the same event at the national championships and finished 13th at the 1936 Berlin Olympics. Sundesson also won four silver medals in the national cross-country race from 1933 to 1938.
