Biography

In the 1930s Croatian track and field athlete Ivo Buratović competed for HŠK Concordia in Zagreb in addition to representing Yugoslavia in international competitions. Buratović was a multi-time champion of Yugoslavia, winning titles in the 110 metres hurdles (1930–33, 1936), high jump (1931–34, 1936), long jump (1932–34, 1936), decathlon (1934–35), and pole vault (1935). He also competed in the long jump at the 1936 Berlin Olympics but did not advance from the qualifying round.

Personal Best: LJ – 7.18 (1933).
