Croatian track and field athlete Ðuro Gašpar represented Hrvatski akademski športski klub (HAŠK) and competed for Yugoslavia. Gašpar participated in the decathlon at the 1924 Paris Olympics but withdrew after five events. He was selected to compete in the hammer throw at the 1928 Amsterdam Olympics but did not start in the event.
