Biography

Slovenian long-distance runner Ivan Krevs represented Yugoslavia in the 1930s at international competitions. Krevs was a two-time national champion of Yugoslavia in the 5,000 metres, winning the title in 1933 and 1938. He competed at six editions of the Balkan Games, becoming the champion in the 5,000 metres (1934, 1938), 10,000 metres (1933), and the 3,000 metres steeplechase (1936). Krevs also ran in the 5,000 metres at the 1936 Berlin Olympics but did not advance from the heats.

Personal Best: 5000 – 15:31.4 (1936).
