Giulia Perelli played all three tennis events at the 1924 Olympics. Perelli was Italian singles champion in 1923 and 1925. She played at the World Hard Court Championships in 1922-23, losing in the second round in 1922 and the third round in 1923. She also reached the quarter-finals of the 1930 Milano International, where she lost to Lili Álvarez. Perelli was ranked in the Italian top three each year of the 1920s.
