Holger Bauroth was a cross-country skier representing East Germany at the 1988 Calgary Winter Games and re-unified Germany at Albertville in 1992. He finished fifth over 50 km in 1988, which was his best result. Bauroth won several national titles and later became a member of the coaching staff of the German Skiing Association.
