Hanggi Boller was a defenseman who had a long career in the Swiss leagues. He played for Zürcher SC from 1940-49 and then moved to Grasshopper Club Zürich for the remainder of his career. He won a Swiss Championship in 1948 with Zürcher SC and helped them win the Spengler Cup in 1944 and 1945. His 1948 Olympic silver medal came in his only international appearance for Switzerland, although he later became a coach and coached the Swiss team at the 1956 Winter Olympics. He also coached Zürcher SC, leading them to the Swiss title in 1966.
