Corrado Dal Fabbro first participated internationally at the 1969 European Championships, placing 10th. In 1971 he finished second at the World Championships as the brakeman for Enzo Vicario and he then took part at the 1972 Olympic Winter Games, winning a silver in the four-man piloted by Nevio de Zordo. The following year Dal Fabbro placed sixth at the Worlds.
After his active career, he became the bobsleigh coach for the Italian Winter Sports Federation (FISI). In 1998 Dal Fabbro led the Italian national team to the Olympic title in two-man. He also served for many years as Vice-President of the Executive Committee for the International Bobsleigh and Skeleton Federation (FIBT). In 2012 he was awarded FISI’s Fair Play Award.
