Max Golser was an Austrian ski jumper who participated in the 1968 Grenoble and 1972 Sapporo Winter Olympics. His best result was a 22nd place in the large hill event in 1968. After his active career, Golser became head coach of the Austrian ski jumpers in the 1970s and 1980s and then ski jumping coach of the German Nordic combined athletes until 1996.
