Biography
German biathlete Steffen Hoos finished 18th in the 20 km race at the 1992 Albertville Winter Olympics. He won three team medals at World Championships (gold in 1993 and bronzes in 1989 and 1994). His best individual results were two sixth places, at the 1990 and the 1993 Worlds. Hoos later became a ski waxing specialist within the German Biathlon Association.
