Seth Howander played ice hockey for Sweden at the 1920 Antwerpen Olympics, but he was best known for bandy at which he was a national champion and played on the national team. A goaltender in hockey, he represented Sweden twice in football. Howander skated for Uppsala IFK and Stockholm IFK. He worked in the banking business.
