Gregor Höll was an Austrian cross-country skier, Nordic combined and ski jumper. At the 1932 Lake Placid Olympics, he came 41st in the 18 kilometres event and placed 33rd in the Nordic combined. As he finished his skiing instructor exam in 1933, he was not allowed to participate in the 1936 Garmisch-Partenkirchen Games. After World War II he returned to compete in the 1948 St. Moritz Olympics and placed 24th in the large hill ski jump.
Höll won several national titles starting with the Youth title in ski jumping in 1929, and from 1931-33 he won the senior Austrian national title. In 1933, he won the silver medal at the World Championships, again in ski jumping. He also collected several wins in international competitions during World War II.
Höll trained as a carpenter but later worked as a skiing instructor at Mallnitz, Chamonix, and Megève in France, and finally at Kitzbühel. After World War II he owned a sports goods shop and played tennis.
