Bohumil Kosour was a Czechoslovak soldier, skier, and athlete. Kosour competed in the military ski patrol, a demonstration event, at the 1936 Garmisch-Partenkirchen Olympics. The team finished in eighth place. After World War II Kosour competed in two events at the 1948 St. Moritz Olympics. Kosour finished in 32nd place in the Nordic combined and joint-58th place in the 18 kilometres cross-country race.
Kosour won the Golden Ski cross-country race in Nové Město na Moravě five times (1939–42 and 1949). Kosour was also a six-time national champion in athletics. He won titles in cross-country running (1941–42), 3000 metres steeplechase (1943, 1945), 5000 metres (1943), and the forest run (1945).
