Angeliki Kanellopoulos was a Greek professional tennis player who achieved a career-best singles ranking of 43 in the world in April 1987, and a doubles ranking of 150 in the world in June 1990. She is the mother of professional tennis player Maria Sakkari.
Kanellopoulos won her first ITF singles final in August 1982 in Lausanne, Switzerland, with her second title coming a year later in Cava de’ Tirreni, Italy. She competed in the singles at the 1984 Los Angeles Olympics, when tennis was a demonstration sport, and reached the quarter-finals. In 1985 and 1987 she reached the third round in the singles at the French Open. These performances bookended her appearance in the final of the 1986 Athens Trophy where she lost to Sylvia Hanika. Her success continued at the 1987 Mediterranean Games where she won gold in the doubles and silver in the singles.
