Ulrike Weichelt was a German track cyclist who finished sixth in the 500 metres time trial at the 2000 Sydney Olympic Games. She burst onto the scene in 1998 and 1999, winning the U23 European Championships in the 5000 metres time trial. At the 1999 World Championships Weichelt won the time trial bronze medal.
