Otto Neumüller was an Austrian flatwater canoer who participated in the 1936 Berlin Olympics, finishing fourth over 1,000 metres in the Canadian singles. Two years later he represented Nazi Germany after the “Anschluss” and became World Champion and also the German Champion. Domestically, Neumüller represented Polizei SV Wien (Vienna).
