Eero Lehmann was a German sabre fencer who participated in the individual event at the 2000 Sydney Olympics, finishing 23rd. As a substitute of the German team, he received the bronze medal from his team-mate Wiradech Kothny, despite not taking part in the competition. In 1997, Lehmann won his only German national title. He later turned to coaching and became chief national coach with the German women’s sabre team.
