Nikolina Ruseva was a Bulgarian sprint canoeist who was active during the 1960s and early 1970s. Ruseva competed in the K-1 500 metres at the 1964 Tokyo Olympics where she finished in fourth place in both her heat and the repêchage. She competed in the K-1 500 metres at the World Championships in 1966 and 1970, finishing in eighth place both times.
