Francis Luiggi was a French bobsledder who competed for the national team during the late 1960s. In 1968 Luiggi was part of the team that competed in the four-man event at the Grenoble Olympics. The French team were consistent on both of their runs, finishing seventh each time, as well as recording the same overall time as the Great Britain sled, placing above them due to a faster final run.
