Carlo Di Maria studied in Roma and from 1939-1941 was one of the architects of the National Fire Training Center in Roma-Capannelle. Dagoberto Ortensi participated in 1948 with a photographic reproduction of its sports facilities. Later, Di Maria worked on urban planning projects in Palermo.
