Maurice Mandrillon won an Olympic bronze medal in the military patrol event at Chamonix in 1924. He was the brother of Camille Mandrillon, who was the first Winter Olympic athlete to recite the Athletes’ Oath at a Winter Olympics Opening Ceremony, doing so in 1924. Little else is known of his life.
