Biography
Petre-Gheorghe Zembresteanu was entered in the shot put at the 1964 Tokyo Olympics. However, his athletic career ended in 1956 and in 1964 he was “smuggled” into the Olympic Village as a coach under a fake date of birth of 18 March 1942. This was actually the date of birth of the Romanian non-Olympian sprinter Gheorghe Zamfirescu
