Polish-born German wrestler Adam Juretzko placed 13th in the Greco-Roman welterweight division at the 2000 Sydney Olympics. In 1999 and 2005, he had his greatest moments in winning bronze medals at the European Championships. Domestically, Juretzko won seven national titles in 1997-98, 2000, 2005, 2007, 2009, and 2014. He later turned to coaching.
