Biography

Yoshihiro Miyazaki was a Japanese ice hockey player who represented Furukawa Electric in the 1950s and 1960s. Miyazaki represented the national team at the 1957 World Championships before being named the team’s captain for the 1960 Squaw Valley Olympics. At the Games he played in six matches and scored two goals in Japan’s 13–2 win against Australia in the consolation round. Miyazaki returned to the Olympics for the 1976 Innsbruck Games where he coached the team.
