Biography

Bohumil Prošek was a left winger who competed for Czechoslovakia at the 1956 Winter Olympics. He also represented his country at the World Championships in 1957, 1959, and 1961. Prošek started his club career in 1949 with Klano, playing with them through 1952. He later skated for Bratislava in 1952-53, before moving to RH Brno from 1953-58. Prošek skated with SONP Kladno from 1958-65, and then finished his career with Slavia Praha in 1965-67.
