Biography

Gilbert Ravanel was a French cross-country skier and ski jumper who competed during the 1920s. Ravanel was selected to participate in three events at the 1924 Chamonix Olympics, with his best result coming in the Nordic combined, where he came 18th. He also finished 20th in the 18 kilometres cross-country event and 22nd in the ski jump.
