Biography

Austrian Christian Rijavec competed in 1992 Olympic Freestyle Skiing demonstration events and placed 13th in the aerials. In 1994 at Lillehammer and 1998 at Nagano this event became an Olympic sport and Rijavec finished 14th and seventh respectively.

Rijavec won two silver medals, at the 1995 and 1999 World Championships. He also won eight World Cup events. In addition to his sporting career, Christian Rijavec worked as a musical composer and singer. He recorded five albums and videos, as well as several singles.
