Hans Scarsini was a defenseman who played with Klagenfurter AC from 1951-56. He competed for Austria at the 1956 Winter Olympics and at the B World Championships in 1952-53 and 1955. Scarsini was a founding member of the Carinthian Ice Hockey Federation in 1963, and helped form the first referee college in Carinthia.
