Biography
Cemal Tigin was a Turkish cross-country skier. Tigin competed in the 18 kilometres at the 1936 Garmisch-Partenkirchen Olympics but he did not finish the race. Tigin was also part of the Turkish team that competed in the 4 × 10 kilometres relay.
