Lovro Žemva was a Slovenian cross-country skier who represented Yugoslavia. Žemva competed in the 50 kilometres at the 1936 Garmisch-Partenkirchen Olympics. He finished in 20th place. His grandson Tomaž Žemva competed for Slovenia in the biathlon at the 1998 Nagano Olympics.
