Austrian ice hockey forward Peter Zini played with Austria at the 1976 Innsbruck Winter Olympics. The team was eliminated in the group stage and placed eighth as second in the consolation round. Zini won 24 international caps, scoring 13 goals and four assists. Domestically, he played with Innsbrucker EV (later renamed ECS Innsbruck) from 1971-86 with a break of one season with Grazer SV (1984-85) and two seasons with Kapfenberger SV (1980-82).
