Biography

Austrian snowboarder Ulrike Hölzl participated in the 1998 Nagano Winter Olympics and came 17th in the halfpipe event. In 1996, she won the European Championships, and the following year enjoyed her only World Cup race podium finish (third)

Hölzl, who was also active in windsurfing, studied pharmacy and medicine and worked flexibly as a doctor in general, sports, and emergency medicine.
